So, 8 yrs ago, your boy Cap Cee was on this little show on MTV called TRL, spitiing rhymes with Eminem, hanging with Xzibit, Ice Cube, Snoop, etc. Well, 8 yrs later, TRL is about to be cancelled, and they hit up your boy to come back and be a special guest on the show. Bascially, they are gonna show clips from when I was on, and then interview me on a "where is he now: type deal. Fine with me, lets get this crackin'.
