Everyone in the crew have been holding down their residencies and I've been extremely busy with B104 events. We rocked Mayfair and Musikfest, and started a mixshow on B104 called MIxtopia. Memorial Day Weekend is gonna be crazy....

Mayfair is a festival that happens around this time every year. Lately, they have been in a funk, booking garbage acts and not giving you reason to pay the $5 or $10 for the pass to get in. Well, this year, they decided to go a different route. They cleaned house and started paying attention to what the people wanted. They teamed up with us and B104, and lets just say, Mayfair is gonna be the place to be....

Thursday, May 27 is the First night of Mayfair, and it starts with the Return of Reggae Night, and the headliner is Matisyahu. Trust me, this is one show you don't wanna miss.

Then, Friday, May 28, B104 Night is gonna be Bananas!!!!! Performing Live: Jason Derulo, Iyaz, Charice, and Sandlot Heroes. Also, Cap Cee spinning the hits in between the acts. AFTERMATH: PULSE 2

One word: Amazing. I was told that by a couple of patrons who came out to the Pulse 2 party this past Saturday. The crowd was looking good and all had this energy to dance all night long, which they did. Even when the lights came on, they kept on dancing and singing along. And why did they do that??? It had to do with the fact that we threw down a hour long set of Michael Jackson tracks at the end of the night. Honestly, it was so beautiful to see people dancing and singing the words real loud, to show honor and praise to the King of Pop. Saturday morning I woke up in the Poconos after doing a gig at Shiro. I had to head back to the Valley and set up for Spring on 4th in Southside Bethlehem. The weather was beautiful and the vibe was real dope. Shouts to Homebase and Source Bike Shop for a crazy demo on New St. I had this feeling in me that later in the evening, GLOW 2 was gonna be off the hook. Was my feeling right? Yes, Indeed. The vibe was amazing. Everyone was excited to glow in the dark. Music was insane. The visuals were sick. The breakdancers were jaw dropping. The graf piece was beautiful. So, Jan. 20, 2009 is finally upon us. A man, who is known to his family as Barry, who stepped up and said,"its time for a change", is gonna become our 44th President. It's wild to me the support and the hype that has surrounded this inauguration, but I hope people don't lose track of what this really means. I voted for him and hopefully change will come. Around the time when the campaign started for Barry, there was this poster that reminded me of the OBEY campaign with his face and with the word HOPE underneath. Powerful. To the point. Here is video of the story behind that poster and the artist who created this masterpiece, that will now be displayed in the U.S. Hall of Presidents, Shepard Fairey. "Dubya" is out "Barack to the..." is in. Change...is always a good thing...

2008 was our first year of operation, and what a successful year it was. From our first party, CRUSH, to our last party of the year, MONSTER MASH-UP 2, we definetly lived up to our mission statement: " To bring life into the night." Thanks to the venues, Allentown Brewworks and Starters Riverport, for making our visions come true. Thanks to all the sponsors (to many to name) and a BIG THANK YOU to all the partygoers who came out and made our events huge. Audio Dynamikz was started to prove that the Lehigh Valley can "get down" and the response has been a loud "YES!!!" Our parties have attracted guests from New York, New Jersey, Philly and Baltimore, and at every party, we hear, "We had no idea it was like this out here." Audio Dynamikz will continue to represent and provide fun for the Lehigh Valley in 2009, starting with MASQUE on Feb. 20. Shouts to Dave George and Rob Dixter for giving me the chance back in 2000 to experience a great moment in my life. There is actually a lesson learned from all this. During the first time that I was on, I learned alot, from who to trust, to who your real friends are, to seperate showbiz from your private life. Really, what I did was what anyone else can do. This is for all you emcees, djs, producers: If you just believe in yourself, things can happen. I still can't believe it was 8 yrs ago. By the way, alot of heads ask me how I got my name. Well, my rap name was Capital Cee and when they were introducing me to Carson Daly, he shortened it and called me Cap Cee. I liked it, and it stuck with me ever since. Thanks Carson. TRL is now off the air, but it won't be forgotten...

Bascially, they are gonna show clips from when I was on, and then interview me on a "where is he now: type deal. Fine with me, lets get this crackin'. THE HIP HOP 101 SHOW! What can I say, probably one of my greatest accomplishments. It had a 7 year run, and what a beautiful run it had. I played nothing but the illest hip hop tracks around, be it mainstream, underground, and local. Alot of artists around my way still say thanks for putting them on the air. Me and my many co-hosts(shouts to Lana and Josh and Optix)put out a quality show that had listeners feenin' for more. Interviews, album reviews, and current events that happened in the hip hop world was the show's format, and we represented it right, with a touch of humor. I think what got me the most was the fact that our biggest fans were the inmates in local county jails(shouts to LCP and NCP). They use to write letters to us to give them a shout out and play their favorite joints and also in these letters, they use to tell us how our show kept them going. I had some of the inmates come and visit me when I use to work at the Undaground Set and give me props and say thanks for doing the show. The most memorable show I did was when I did a special Thanksgiving show where I had the families of inmates call up the station and wish there loved ones in jail a Happy Thanksgiving. Some of the inmates even called up and wished their families the same. I shed a tear that day. Well here is a mix of joints that I use to bang at the station. Shouts to WLVR, AJ Fritz and all the staff, peace.

I gotta talk about this. Kanye has had one of the wildest years. He dropped the dopest album, Graduation, had the hottest tour(Glow in the Dark)which I got to see, amazing. And the videos. Every video had a vision, from "Stronger" w/ Daft Punk, to the Spike Jonez "Flashing Lights", "Good Life"s On screen wordplay, to "Champion" with a Kanye Puppet. Oh, and I forgot "Homecoming" with a black & white ode to Chi-Town. But this is the way to end the series of videos for this masterpiece of an album. "Good Morning" has the man who made the album artwork, Takashi Murakami, do the video. His artwok is amazing and you can tell in this anime short. Kanye, who knows if you'll ever read this, but if you do, thanks for having an imagination, and not resorting to the usual bullshit rap video. Peace...

Yessurrr, we are at it again. For the past couple of years, there has been all these color parties (white, black, red, pink, etc.) and I was guilty of djing some of them (Bacio's was still the best white party) Anyways, I was talking with Mo about how we can make a play on these color parties, cracking jokes like we should do something with Crayola and introduce a color party(lol) and so on and so forth. Yes, we are guilty of these parties, and we must say, its cool being the usual suspects. Crush, Sight & Sound, Glow, Art & Sole, Spring on 4th, Pulse, and Mash-Up 2, insane. By the way, these were our first parties as Audio Dynamikz (not bad). Shouts to our flyer art master, PO (by the way, he owns a dope skateshop on 4th St. in Southside Beth. called Homebase, go and buy something, support local) Anyways, here is a little explanation about us: Audio Dynamikz was started to bring back life into the night. To set the bar high in events. To bring you an experience. Big check mark by all those, and we will continue to bring you nothing but the best. Honestly tho, these parties would not be possible if it wasn't for you, the patrons, so give yourselves a round of applause.
